[Clas12_rgb] 6 test runs are cooked with 8.7.0 and ready to be checked

Dear all,
the usual set of 6 test runs from RGB spring19 have been cooked with
8.7.0, and after all recent fixes to CCDB, and are available for the
analyzers to check them at the following path:
/volatile/clas12/rg-b/production/recon/pass0/v28.49/dst/
I encourage all people doing analysis to please look at them as soon as
possible and prepare comparative plots with respect to pass1 and the
previous versions of CJ that we tested in these last months.
