[Clas12_rgb] 6 test runs are cooked after ECAL CCDB fix

Dear all,
Zhiwen has recooked the 6 test runs after fixes to CCDB made by Cole. They
can be found here:
/volatile/clas12/rg-b/production/recon/pass0/v28.45/dst/
If you could please check them, they should show improvement compared to
the issues that were observed in the previous set of test cookings.
This will not be the very last set of test runs, because some further
modifications concerning CND will be done next week, but whoever is not
using the CND in their analysis should please check these runs.
