Experts are on site and working on recovery of magnets from early morning event. It may take several hourse before we will be able to energize them. The cause of the problem was LCW (a big leak in Hall-C). LCW is almost recovered, another hour or so, but according

 to facilities conductivity is still high and may take another 4 hours to get to the required level. This will prevent to ramp magnets.</div>
