<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">There has been some progress. We just informally told the experiments on the</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">floor that we will extend them by three weeks. We are now looking at the</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">jigsaw puzzle for the Fall and the Winter/Spring runs. It seems clear RG-B will</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">have a delayed start, but we remain dedicated to honoring the intent of the</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">schedule as was released (and play with the contingency before May 6th, 2020).</p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">Now I have to work on a detailed schedule to work it all out, for all Halls, and then</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">go through the NPES scheduling process and release the changed schedule for the</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">users.</p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">Not sure how much more I can say, I am trying to evade noise in the system</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">and have all kind of users call me. Main thing is as said: assume a delayed start</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">but we are trying to honor our commitments. But, I do have to check all the</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">smaller details/conflicts that come with four-Hall operations.<br>
