Please find attached the draft agenda for the PAC meeting from August 10 to August 15. As announced earlier, the meeting will be held remotely.</p>
<p style="margin:0in 0in 8pt; line-height:107%; font-size:11pt; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">
Since the PAC has received a large number of proposals, and since with participants in different time zones the meeting time will be limited, it was decided to postpone the review of experiments in Jeopardy to a separate one-day meeting. We aim at having this
as soon as possible and are in the process of fixing a date. We recognize that postponing the Jeopardy review may cause inconvenience but think that, given the circumstances, this is the best option. The first priority of the PAC is to perform a fair and
thorough review, and this should not be done in a rush.</p>

Also attached to this mail is the list of assigned readers for each proposal.<span>
</span>Your reader(s) should soon contact you as they are working through the material you have submitted. Please remember to include the chairs of JLUO and of the PAC, “paschke@virginia.edu” and “markus.diehl@desy.de” in c.c. of all correspondence with your
PAC readers. This is mandated by PAC policy and aims at ensuring transparency at all stages of the PAC review.</p>
