[Clas12_rgh] [EXTERNAL] RGH comments/suggestions (fwd)

Dear all,
we were wondering about the review report, and get it just
today from Maxime after solicitation. He is actually in
vacation, not checking mail regularly, and apparently not
very focussed.

Most of the comments derived from the early version of the
proposal and can be easily clarified. We asked a meeting
with the committee to speed up the process, given the waste
of time we suffered.

We would need however some help from experts, expecially
for what concern the remarks on beam line and raster. I
will contact relevant people with specific questions.

Dear Marco,

I sincerely apologize for the delay to get the report. Stepan and Sebastian's 
sent me comments/suggestions a while ago and there has been a 
misunderstanding... I should have sent you their comments a while ago.

Not being in the committee initially, I have not read the proposal. But from 
their comments, suggestions, the proposal is not ready to be submitted as it 
is. Indeed there are many practical issues not discussed such as the raster 
position in the beamline and the required currents to operate it, the DVCS 
statistics without FT, details in the simulation of the recoil detector and 
associated tracking.

I would recommend to postpone to next year the submission of RGH proposal to 
finalize it.
