[Clas12_rgh] [EXTERNAL] RGH abstract

Dear all,
tomorrow is the deadline for submitting the abstracts of the
PAC53 proposals to the CLAS chair and PWG conveners. This is
just intended to prepare the CLAS review process and can be
refined with time.
