<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Proxima Nova Rg"">I included an idealized operational sequence where the polarization is flipped after about 3 days, the 7<sup>th</sup> day is used for background

we were wondering about the review report, and get it just<br>
today from Maxime after solicitation. He is actually in<br>
vacation, not checking mail regularly, and apparently not<br>
very focussed.<br>

Most of the comments derived from the early version of the<br>
proposal and can be easily clarified. We asked a meeting<br>
with the committee to speed up the process, given the waste<br>
of time we suffered.<br>
<br>
We would need however some help from experts, expecially<br>
for what concern the remarks on beam line and raster. I<br>
will contact relevant people with specific questions.<br>

I sincerely apologize for the delay to get the report. Stepan and Sebastian's <br>
sent me comments/suggestions a while ago and there has been a <br>
misunderstanding... I should have sent you their comments a while ago.<br>

Not being in the committee initially, I have not read the proposal. But from <br>
their comments, suggestions, the proposal is not ready to be submitted as it <br>
is. Indeed there are many practical issues not discussed such as the raster <br>
position in the beamline and the required currents to operate it, the DVCS <br>
statistics without FT, details in the simulation of the recoil detector and <br>
associated tracking.<br>
<br>
I would recommend to postpone to next year the submission of RGH proposal to <br>
finalize it.<br>
