[clas12_rgk] Fwd: Preparation of the CLAS12 First Experiment

Dear Run Group K members,

FYI. Please find below the e-mail I sent to the Run Group A 
Spokespersons this morning about the preparation of the first experiment.

I think it would be good idea for us to perform simulations in the same 
conditions as specified in the attached Memo. It will allow us to 
develop our simulation and analysis tools in conjunction with the Run 
Group A experiments. It is important for us also to be ready with CLAS12 
low energy configuration in case there is an opportunity for us to run.

Dear CLAS12 Run Group A Spokespersons,

In preparation of the First CLAS12 Experiment, there will be Hall B
internal Review "CLAS12 Ready for Science Review" September 25-26, 2017.
We expect presence & representation of each one of the approved
experiment at the review. Please  mark your calendar.

Please see in the attached files 2 documents:

The first one is the Scope of the review

The second is the Memo of the first step toward the preparation of the
review.

We will be discussing progress and plans at our weekly Wednesday meeting.
