[clas12_rgk] RC meeting today at 2:30 in the Counting House

We will have RC meeting at 2:30 in the Counting House. The agenda of the 
meeting includes:

  * Run plan
  * The experiment configuration for running: 7.5 GeV / 6.5 GeV
  * The trigger status
  * Cooking
  * Initial calibrations
  * Others
