Dear Annalisa,

I agree with the comments make by Dan. This is not about the physics
this is about our preparation and readiness for taking the data this
fall.  From running the experiment to data calibration to extracting
physics. Here are my suggestions:

  * One slide on the physics
  * Requirement from from physics
  * Experimental setup and running conditions magnetic fields/triggers
  * Simulation so far
  * Simulations to be completed by the run
  * Computing requirement
  * The team and organization by names for experiment running
    coordination, calibration and data analysis
  * PhD students and post-docs on the projects
  * What should we expect as physics from the fall run
  * The future data taking our requirement/request for data taking
    towards RGK completion
  * Others

Best regards,

Latifa
