[clas12_rgk] Details of the Request from the CLAS chair

Dear All,

Raffaella sent me a message last Friday asking to give a presentation on 
the plans of Run Group K for the upcoming dedicated runs presently 
scheduled from November 19th to December 9th  at 7.5 GeV ( 21 days) and 
from 13th of December to 19th of December at 6.5 GeV (7 days).

She asks to cover the following items:

- experiment configuration ( magnetic fields, target, FT on/off, 
trigger, ...)

- readiness ( simulations etc.)

- goals for the first run.

The presentation is scheduled for Friday July 13th.

As stated during the meeting, we will exchange more information by e-mail.
