[clas12_rgk] Range of the scattered electron energies

Dear Valery, all
I can give the following numbers: for the selection of electron momentum >
2 GeV/c the minimum energy deposited in PCAL+ECAL is 425 MeV at 2.5 sigma
selection below mean value. The same value for PCAL is 220 MeV
I am not sure which other numbers you need for PCAL and ECAL thresholds.
