[clas12_rgk] Run group K trigger

Dear Valery

One comment again on the PCAL+ECAL threshold: I think that 300 MeV is the
mean energy deposited by a 1.2 GeV electron, but to accept 99% or so of
electron (2.5 sigmas) corresponds to a value closer to 1.5 GeV electron
