[clas12_rgk] RGK preparation

Dear all,

Since here it is the week of thanksgiving Thursday and Friday are 
holidays. I suggest that we have meeting after the CLAS12 first 
experiment to discuss our concrete plans for RGK and have one slide or 
two to present at the MCC meeting, with our request and requirement of 
the beam, polarization, current stability etc. Valery is the run 
coordinator for RGA and he can present that. We need also to discuss the 
following items and develop our Run Plan, below is some of the items we 
need to finalize:

  * RGK wiki page
  * New run spreed-sheet
  * Beam parameter requirement
  * List of calibration runs needed
  * We will need some inbending data how much?
  * Empty target how much?
  * Low luminosity runs
  * Random trigger runs
  * Trigger
  * Detector setting
  * Luminosity scan?
  * etc.
  * Run plan
