[clas12_rgk] impact of schedule change on RG-K

Dear Members of the CLAS Coordinating Committee

please find in attachment a letter of response to your questions, which 
is the expression of Run Group K members opinion.

As you will read in more detail, a proposed solution towards an overall 
optimization of beam time could be to anticipate the Run Group K trigger 
commissioning during November Run Group A data taking and let RGA use 
all the 4 week extension in Spring 2019.
