[clas12_rgk] Draft schedule experiment schedule 20181029.0 (September 1, 2018 - May 6, 2020)

Javier,

Could you please replace the RGA/RGK ambiguity for the week after the 
40m days of RGB in spring 2019 with just RGA and change energy to 5 pass 
10.6 GeV. RGK is no longer interested in the one week. So RGA gets the 
full 28 days extension to make partially up for the 5 weeks losses in 
August/September.
