[clas12_rgk] Isupov results: 2 gamma Invariant mass

Hi all,
You may be able to increase the eta yield by allowing the 2-gammas in
different sectors, otherwise the acceptance for eta's will be limited as
they have much larger minimum opening angles than pi0's.
