[clas12_rgk] Isupov results: 2 gamma Invariant mass

Another eta decay of interest might be eta-> 3pi0 (32.7%). Here the 
2gamma's from each pi0 would likely be within a single sector. So, one 
could just scan for 2gamma events in 3 different sectors to limit the 
combinatorics.
