[clas12_rgk] 5700 skimmed

This is based on cooking v10 files from
/volatile/clas12/rg-k/production/recon/calib/v10/005700/calib_clas_005700*
which was written Friday
There are 662 files available and 944 files available on tape

It takes a few hours to skim if more files will become available
