[clas12_rgk] contributions to the agenda of Wednesday meeting

Dear Latifa,

I understand that RGK calibration  is still in progress:

- a first reconstruction (V10) with the latest coatjava release 6b.3.0,
with trains and skimming production was completed. Dan has calibrated
the FTOF timing.

- A second iteration of reconstruction with the good FTOF timing has
been completed (v13) but trains and skimming is still on-going.

- The following step would be to proceed with calibration of all the
detectors  using the v13 skimmed files.

- Pass0 and timelines would be the following step.

It is not clear if we can complete all the previous steps in time for
Wednesday meeting.

After some exchange of thoughts at the RGK meeting today, I have
collected the following thoughts:

1. Dan could present the status of the RGK calibration together with the
RGA one, informing where we are at.

2. FX could present results on the present detector response stability
(vertex reconstruction, PID, etc. as a function of CLAS12 sectors). He
could also show some physics results using the custom helicity
reconstruction he has implemented from Nathan's code.

3. It would be nice to see the effect of the DC new calibration, for
example looking at the elastic scattering events from the proton,
comparing 10.6 GeV runs with RGK ones. I don't know if Veronique may
have the time to run her codes on RGK, similarly to what she has done
for RGA.

4. I am asking Raffaella if someone could talk on the status of helicity
reporting for RGK (and fall RGA).

5. Is  there anyone reporting on the obtained RGA timelines? I doubt
that RGK ones will be available by the 24th.

I hope this helps to set an agenda.

All the best

Annalisa
