[clas12_rgk] Train skim output

Folks,

The current skims that are defined for the RG-A and RG-K data are defined at:
/work/clas12/clas12/data/trains/v2/README.txt

Will Phelps is responsible for setting up the trains and if you have additional requests,
you should talk to him about what is possible and what is allowable.
