[clas12_rgk] accumulated charge information

Dear all

In preparation for the pass 1 review we need to know the accumulated charge
for each period of data taking, at least separately for 7.5 GeV and 6.5 GeV

I had asked who can provide this information while ago but did not receive
an answer. How was the FCup charge information obtained in our pass 1
review document, and can whoever produce this information repeat the
exercise separately for the 7.5 and 6.5 GeV?
