Dear Annalisa,

I hope that you and your family are fine.  15 days from now sounds
reasonable.  If you could let me know your preferred review date one
week in advance, I think that it would be fine. One thing I want to let
you know is that since the RG-B review will be likely held in the first
week of May (very likely May 1st), it would be good to have RG-K review
in the similar time frame so that when we consider farm resource
allocation, we would like to have information from both groups.

Attached is the charge letter to the review committee for a RG-A pass1
review.

A few comments on the charge letter:

Since the charge letter was developed for a generic pass1 readiness
review of a run group, some of charge items may not be applicable at
this point considering the current situation. Based on the past RG-A
readiness review, the review were somewhat tailored for "First
Publication."

For example, reconstruction efficiency studies in Charge #2 would
require background merging, which is still in progress and is not
validated yet even though tools to do it are in place. I don’t think
this review should keep on hold for that.  Physics results from main
channels in Charge #3 could be addressed by presenting the analysis
results from the DNP cooking, supplemented by some comparison of the new
versus old cooked data for a limited data set, showing that the new
cooking is providing consistent or better results.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks and stay safe.

Best regards, Kyungseon

Dear Kyungseon
thank you for your message. RGK is going through data calibration, using
the last coatjava release.
The projected time needed is about 15 days, however exact timing is
subject to fluctuations of data processing speed, as RGK has not the
highest priority in the farm at the moment. I would say that beginning
of May would be the right time, but I will keep you updated on the
progress of the calibration process. How many days in advance do you
need to fix the date?

I assume that the charge for the Review would be similar to RGA, but
would you please send me a reference document for preparation of the RGK
pass1 Review?

All the best
Annalisa
