[clas12_rgk] [EXTERNAL] Pass1 Data Processing Request for RG-K

Dear all
To clarify the DVCS plans, we do not need any improvement to the central
tracking for publication and I think this was laid out in our answer to the
committee
In fact for all exclusive reactions, also for exclusive pi0 or exclusive
phi production, we can calculate the reaction kinematics using the forward
going particles.
I showed to the collaboration during the First Experiment meeting that we
get even better resolutions with this strategy
We only need the central detector to identify the recoil and perform
exclusivity cuts, this was shown to the collaboration many times now and
are not an issue at all
The CCC should know this. The Deep Process Working Group chair is part of
the CCC.
At this point I can only wonder why we are getting mixed messages from the
CCC.
