[clas12_rgk] [EXTERNAL] Pass1 Data Processing Request for RG-K

Also in CLAS the cable swaps were in many cases corrected in the database before final cooking for publication. Some of them required 3-fold permutations, and were not just 1:1 swaps. They were found from comparison of time-based tracking and raw hits, and the hole pattern was compared to a template of calculated swap patterns.

> Finding cable swaps in CD BMT tracker should be more straight forward because of the simpler geometry with the 90 degree crossing angles. Also, the missing track segments will show up somewhere else in the the BMT. So, if you have missing hits and those hits show up somewhere else in BMT where they are not related to tracks this may be a good candidate. A student could spent some time on training his/her eyes on finding those swaps.
> For now (after pass 1 cooking) those swaps may be included in GEMC to account for loss in tracking efficiency or other effects. Of course they should eventually be fixed in pass 2 cooking and, if possible, in hardware.
