[clas12_rgk] [EXTERNAL] Start of RG-K pass1

Dear All,

following the pass1 Review outcome and the  e-mail exchanges, I am 
formally asking the RG-K Nick Markov, chef to start pass1 data 
processing today.

It is understood that RG-K pass1 will proceed in parallel with RG-B for 
one week.

First data set will be 7.5 GeV runs.
