[clas12_rgk] [EXTERNAL] RGK pass0 & full calibrated runs

Here are a few observations from the timeline. Most timelines look quite 
reasonable, but some show issues. They are listed here:

6.5 GeV looks strange:

RF jumps between 0 and 4ns:

RF slowly changes by 50ps:
