[clas12_rgk] [EXTERNAL] RG-K pass1 readiness review - Reply to the Report

Dear Chair of the Review Committee
Dear CLAS Collaboration Chair,
Dear Members of the Review Committee,

please find in attachment the document where the recommendation and all 
the comments have been addressed by the RG-K team, to prove the 
readiness for pass1.

In particular the RG-K train scheme has been redefined, including 
several custom wagons, that allowed to obtain a total skim volume which 
is about 5% of  DSTs for 7.5 GeV runs and 6.5% for 6.5 GeV runs.

Also QA timelines have produced from pass0 files.
