[clas12_rgk] [EXTERNAL] New version of the letter for RG-K pass1 request to CCC

Dear All,

please find in attachment the updated version of the letter for RG-K 
pass1 request to be submitted to CCC.

It takes into account the result of the discussion form the last RG-K 
meeting.

Please send me your comments by next Wednesday March 4th , so we may 
send it to the CCC by the end of next week.
