[clas12_rgk] Jeopardy Write-up for RG-K KY

Folks,

I have attached my very preliminary write-up for the RG-K PAC48 jeopardy document on the
RG-K wikipage at: https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Run_Group_K#tab=Jeopardy_Document_Material

I am still working on this with Ralf and Victor, but I wanted to at least post what I have in mind. To support
this document I have included a reference to a link on the RG-K wikipage where I will post supplementary
material in the form of my analysis documents. I will post updates versions of these notes in the next few
days.

We can talk more about this at our next RG-K group meeting.
