Dear Nick, Marco, Latifa and Kyungseon,

at today's  RG-K meeting we have defined the following proposal:
RG-K may have a chef, in charge of the duties of cooking and skimming the data  and taking care of book-keeping and a sous-chef, supporting the chef in the busiest times and helping in double-checking the work.
Lucilla Lanza would act as chef and Izzy Illari would act as sous-chef.
It would be great if Nick would be available in the next future to train Lucilla and Izzy.
Please let us know if this would work for you so we can meet and plan the training.

I have discussed with Marco my next year expectations and my priorities will be shifting toward finishing the inclusive analysis.
Which means that we will have to shift most of my chief duties to a new person. I will of course help and support this person until he or she if comfortable with these duties.
Kyungseon Joo offered his help and volunteered UCONN student to fill these duties.
I wonder if it works for all of us and if we need to meet to discuss it in more details.
