Dear Annalisa
I hope this message finds you well.
I’m writing to let you know that we are start discussing the schedule 
for CY23 and I’m gathering information about readiness of different RGs.
Could you please prepare 1-page doc summarising:
- run conditions (energy, current, target)
- PAC days and expected config. changes (if any)
- readiness of the experiment (with a realistic work plan)
Any feedback will be useful to prepare the discussion
