[clas12_rgk] [EXTERNAL] URGENT: beam energy for the next RG-K run

Dear all

For the DVCS part I can state my agreement with Volker and Latifa's points
The FT off configuration, which allows higher luminosity, seems better for
our physics objectives of sensitivity to the real part of H
