[clas12_rgk] [EXTERNAL] URGENT: beam energy for the next RG-K run

Dear Annalisa,
I indeed also agree with Volker's suggestions to split the beam time
between 6.6 and 8.8 GeV 25/25 days respectively, and keep the outbending
configuration with the FT-OFF. We should try to keep changes of the running
conditions we had by now as minimal as possible.
I would suggest to consider one (or a half) day of the 50 days to run with
FT on at maximum data acquisition rate. This would allow us to evaluate the
true performance at very low Q^2 for future requests.
