[clas12_rgk] First look at RG-K 6.4 GeV production data

Folks,

Based on the 10 runs recently cooked by Lucilla from our 6.4 GeV production data, I have
taken a first look and provide comparisons with a comparable event sample from our 6.5 GeV
data from Dec. 2018. A few of my results are in the attached file. 

Caveat emptor: The 6.4 GeV data does not have DC or CVT alignment, beam offset calibrations,
final detector calibrations, and includes only preliminary DC calibrations.
