[clas12_rgk] Elastic scattering study for RG-K

Annalisa and Volker,

Patrick just alerted me to the results from Yijie on his elastic scattering analysis of the RG-K
2018 data. Studies of various systematics seen in his analysis could be due to effects of the
DC alignment. If Yijie is ready to present this week at the RG-K meeting, Raffaella would be
available to participate and we could have a look in detail at the current results. Her involvement
is important as she has been leading the alignment efforts of the DC. Also Francois has been 
involved in looking at the alignment effects for RG-K in pass-2 vs. pass-2, it could be a good 
opportunity to have a discussion with all of the involved folks present.
