Dear Annalisa,
I'm in the process of defining with the committee's member the best slot 
to run the review.
Please proceed to crate a review web page to be filled  with all 
supporting materials. As you know the committee's is expected to have 
the presentation and the rest of the supporting material some days in 
advance. I'll be back to you and the run group as soon the review day 
will be defined
