Dear All,

we have been contacted by the DPWG and the HSWG chairs regarding
the deadlines for data analysis approval and dry runs for the RG-K
related presentation at DNP meeting.

Last June we have agreed that there would be no contribution only
related to RG-K data, but presentations by Dan, Josh, Krishna
Neupane would include both RG-A and RG-K results. Is there any
other contribution from RG-K I am missing (Maybe from Ken or
Evgeny?)

This poses a question about the procedure how to ensure that RG-K
data are properly reviewed, without duplicating the work for
presenters.

As you may already know the deadlines proposed by the PWG Chairs
are the following:

- October 8th: Approval of the HSWG related
analyses (Dan, Krishna). The slides and a short (3-4 pages) note
should be available to the HSWG Chair.

- October 10th: Approval of the DPWG related
analyses (Josh). The slides and a short (3-4 pages) note should be
available to the DPWG Chair.

- October 11th: Dry runs,

Please note that the first Pass1 RG-K trains are available at:

/w/hallb-scifs17exp/clas12/rg-k/trains/pass1/v0/

We may want to discuss the status of the analysis and the
projected work during next Friday RG-K meeting. Any comment or
suggestion is welcome

My best regards

Annalisa
