        <div>An update on the discussion last week about the shift in
          delta energy of the electron seen in the out bending
          (s4_out_bad_de_E) data not seen in the in bending data
          (s4_in_de_E). After Raffaella recooked the data with the
          correct torus setting the shift goes and the out bending data
          (s4_out_5424_de_E)   looks nearly identical to the in bending.</div>
