Dear all,<br>
<br>
I've produced the QA timelines, from Lucilla's and Anna's manual
QA. These timelines report the fraction of each run which has a
particular defect, and if you click on a run and scroll down, the
files which have the defect are colored in red. Here's the link:<br>
<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgk/pass1/qa/rgk_7_QA/timeline/">https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgk/pass1/qa/rgk_7_QA/timeline/</a><br>
<br>
Note that this is also accessible from the index page, listed as
"RGK_7_QA" at <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgk/pass1/qa/tlsummary/">https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgk/pass1/qa/tlsummary/</a><br>
<br>
Annalisa, here are some performance statistics:<br>
<br>
Fraction of files with outlier N/F of first or last file of run,
not marginal: 0.0030605107<br>
Fraction of files with marginal outlier N/F, within one stddev of
cut line: 0.0032159652<br>
Fraction of files with N/F diminished within a sector for several
consecutive files: 0.0034199992<br>
Fraction of files with live time < 0.9: 0.0008744316<br>
Fraction of files with miscellaneous defect, documented as
comment: 0.0406902180<br>
Fraction of golden files (no defects): 0.9513233065<br>
<br>
So 95% golden!<br>
<br>
The final qaTree.json file has been uploaded to the QADB, at
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__github.com_c-2Ddilks_clasqaDB&d=DwMDaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=t2OnxVoP8YJyzuxpHKwj1tmrMj6s1mZ4pgV16sZJZb8&m=CnH99dSsfAMUt2fbYfhlmG2VTSdZbU_QM_tI-UIB-XY&s=r7GGPrkRuch65FqxRFQjuMsaeoF2rLrHOHa-jRcMMIk&e=">https://github.com/c-dilks/clasqaDB</a> to the qa.rgk_7 subdirectory.
This means that analyzers of RGK data can begin applying the QA
cuts to 7.5 GeV data; the procedure to do so is documented in this
repository.<br>
<br>
Up next is 6.5 GeV data; the automatic QA result's qaTree.json
file is in the qa.rgk_6 subdirectory. To get started, you need to
download that file, then cd to clasqa/QA and run the command<br>
<br>
import.sh rgk_6 /path/to/that/qaTree.json<br>
<br>
and then you can begin going through it using modify.sh, as before<br>
