[Clas12_rich] Optical Tables for RICH

Hi Bob,

The first delivery of the mirrors for RICH will arrive in early May, these will be tested in the small cleanroom in the EEL.

I've already cleared it with SVT that they won't be needing the tables during this year.

Can put on your schedule the move of the two optical tables that were used for SVT assembly from EEL/124 to EEL/121B? Currently PRAD is located in front of the roll up door, but they will be moving to the Hall end of April, so the last week of April would be a good time to move them.
