[Clas12_rich] Optical Tables moved for RICH mirror testing

Hy Tyler,
many thanks to you and the others.
I attached a couple of very preliminary drawings of the setup we are 
developing.
We will have a mirror on one table and the light source and sensor on 
the other table.
The distance between the two tables should be about 2.7 m, the curvature 
radius of the mirror.
