[Clas12_rich] CMM data for RICH Mirror 3 incorrect for bottom side

Hi all,
thanks to all the people who did the measurements for providing the 
results so quickly.
I did the same analysis as for the previous 4 mirrors to determine the 
max dimensions of the mirrors and compare with the CAD model.
See the attached file for a report on all the 6 mirrors.
The result is that also these two new mirrors are slightly bigger than 
the model.
The size excess on one side can reach in some case more than 1 mm. This 
is larger than our specification (+/- 0.25 mm) but it is not so large 
that it cannot be corrected for during the assembly of the mirrors on 
the support.
Since the optical measurements done in the previous days where within 
the specifications, I'm going to write to CMA saying that we accept the 
2 mirrors.
