[Clas12_rich] Received RICH mirrors 1 and 2

Hi Tyler,

thank you for the update.

I am leaving the JLAB this Friday after lunch. It would be great if we can organize some measurements before that time, at least optical measurements of the spot as we did with Ilaria a couple weeks ago.
