"measured by CMA" means, as I said before, the measurements made by CMA

CMA passports in the legend means the CMA measured side length minus the 
side length from the CAD model.

Similar, it is the CMM measured side length minus the side length in the 
CAD model.

> labeled in the plot and we are having trouble telling which side

The first 4 points in the plots are the sides (top,right,bottom,left), 
the last two are the diagonals (top-left -> bottom-right, bottom-left -> 
top-right).
