George,

I attach the quote for your review. The first unit is what you specified.

Although it says 100 psi – it can be set to up to 112 PSI. (see tech sheet)

The 2 nd unit is in stock, it is a 145 PSI unit, so the CFM is 31 at 145 psi -(w/o) a dryer.

(I’m not sure how soon you require something).

One aspect that caught my attention was that it was a continuous flow.

The SF, as you know, is a scroll compressor and we typically recommend

an duty cycle of less than 100%, more common to see 50 – 75%. The reason is heat build-up.

And the SF11 is the largest available with the footprint required. We have a SF 15, but the cabinet size

is larger.

I see on your drawing you have (2) units and a tank, which will help

and you can alternate the compressors. The other concern is cooling air –

see the tech data sheet for the requirement.

I looked at other oil-free options and we don’t have anything that meets

the footprint and generally low CFM requirement.

If you can use an oil flooded compressor with a filtration train,

to provide very clean and dry air – we offer our VSD+ models.

These have a vertical design, so a small footprint, and may provide more flexibility

in sizing. It would look like our GA 11 VSD+ would be the correct size – they are available with

a built in refrigerated dryer , or we could add a desiccant dryer to really get a good ISO standard.

I would recommend the following filter chain / dryer - It would be our DD filter, PD filter, CD+ desiccant dryer, PDp filter and QD filter.

(see the last few pages of the Quality Air Brochure).

I’d be glad to meet to discuss as well.

Best regards,

Min 90 psi, prefer 120 psi

not a panel cooler, straight air cooling with ambient temp air.

For the exact application, see the pdf attached. Some numbers are just placeholders for now.

helpful info.. thanks.

Is the cooling requirement 24/7?

Do you know the PSI required? Usually these are 45 PSI or so.

These are the panel coolers, similar to below I take it:

208vac 3 phase will work.

Min continuous air flow of 43 cfm

It's tight, but looking at the literature, we can fit the compressor, 66x30x49 space.

The air will be used to cool an enclosed electronics package located inside a sealed unit. Access and location require compressed air lines. Air needs to be clean and dry. Air lines will be run to and from the heat load.

This part number was researched by our collaborators from the EU. But, we need to buy this locally and soon .

We offer a 208, a 230 and a 460v version.

The 8 refers to bars so the model would be:

SF-8-100 FF

We have several options on these units – do you know the

CFM requirement?

Can you tell me a little about the application?

Are there any space restrictions?

(we offer a low canopy design with a smaller footprint than normal).

Hi Frank,

Yes, I would like a price and the lead time for purchasing this unit. SF11-8 MC FF

The literature did not specify what the AC voltage is for this unit, what voltage is it?

I am in and out of meetings and locations daily, so it's difficult to answer the office phone.

Thanks,

George

George,

I just tried your office number – when the web lead came through last week

it somehow had Tyler’s contact information.

I called/emailed him at that time, on 6/29, and he said he had what he needed.

I attach the brochure for your review –

I’d be glad to meet to discuss your application – let me know how I can be of help.

Tyler,

Please find our SF literature attached.

The SF -11 -8-FF would be the choice, I would have to do some digging to see

what the MC means.

I’d be glad to speak with you/ meet with you about the application.
