[Clas12_rich] RICH Instrumentation PRs

Hi Patrizia,

I have submitted 4 reqs for the RICH instrumentation. They are waiting 
on approval and the queue is located at:

The reqs are numbered/described as follows:

364874 Chassis 4 (RICH)

364831 RICH Slow Controls RTD equip

364830 RICH Slow Controls misc equip

364826 RICH Slow Controls (NI equip)


We did some research and found that the Humidity (accuracy +/- 3.5 %RH) 
and RTD sensors (accuracy to .06 ohms @ 0 deg.  C) used on the SVT 
appropriate. The analog input device has a resolution of 24bits. If 
necessary an Easidew Hygrometer can be added to the exhaust (for an 
additional $2K), this module has a 0 - 3000 ppm range.
