[Clas12_rich] RICH assembly

Dear Walt,
even if with some delay, the construction of the RICH is almost done and 
we should be able to ship by sea during this summer.
It means that most likely in September all the material should be stored 
in the CMSA.
According to the last RICH installation plan we discussed, the assembly 
work should start in October. Could you please confirm that the area we 
need in the EEL124 clean room will be made free?
