[Clas12_rich] RICH electronics

Dear Eugene,

we would use separate boxes, close to the relative service:

for the power supply we have  6U  HV and 2U  LV junction boxes.
for the optical fiber the junction box should be 1U.

I am at JLab so if you want we can meet at some point before August 12.
